Three teenage boys are charged with murder after the fatal shooting in Sätra in Gävle last year. Only two of them are suspected of holding a weapon.

The third – a 16-year-old – was reportedly on the lookout, according to the indictment. Legal expert Sven-Erik Alhem says a person can be considered an accomplice if he or she has been part of a plan to commit a crime. He talks about where the line is between aiding and abetting and accomplice.
