14 dead in Lebanon in the largest Israeli attack since the start of the war in Gaza. In recent hours the Israeli army has carried out multiple airstrikes in southern Lebanon, causing the death of eleven civilians and three Hezbollah fighters.

One of the attacks hit the city of Nabatieh, 50 kilometers south of Beirut, causing an apartment block to collapse. At least eight members of the same family died in the attack, including four children. A senior party official and member of parliament, Hassan Fadlallah, warned Thursday that they will retaliate for the attacks.
