12 countries own 9 tenths of the world's uranium reserves... and the lion’s share is 3%.

The world's known uranium reserves have grown by approximately 25% over the past decade thanks to the development of technology. Australia, Kazakhstan and Canada possess the largest share of uranium, representing more than 50% of the global reserve of this chemical element. This is followed on the list by South Africa, Brazil, Niger, with approximately 5% each, then China, with 3%.
