[HIGHLIGHTS] (Observation of the Two Sessions) Advising on “big and small matters” for the country and the CPPCC has achieved real results in performing its duties

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. On March 10, the second session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held its closing meeting in Beijing.

During the six-day meeting, more than 2,000 committee members from 34 sectors focused on the general development trend of the country and provided advice and suggestions. The spirit of seeking truth and pragmatism continued to appear in the deliberations. The voices of the committee members echo across the land of China, but also provide Chinese solutions to the world.
