[HIGHLIGHTS] (Focus on Boao) The global free trade zone (Hong Kong) gathers in Boao: focusing on openness and cooperation to expand the "circle of friends"

The Boao Forum for Asia 2024 Annual Conference will kick off on the 26th in Boao, Hainan. The forum will invite free trade zones (ports) at home and abroad to hold a global free trade port development forum at the annual meeting.

The number of partners in this initiative has reached 32, said Wang Daxue, deputy director of the Hainsan Provincial Foreign Affairs Office. The first three sessions of the forum included international representatives from Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Shannon in Ireland, and Jeju Province in South Korea.
