Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov calls Western countries the authors of the “Zelensky formula” “All those who know the West a little should have no doubt that it was the West who wrote this formula,” Lavrov said. Zelensky presented the so-called peace formula in 2022 during a speech to participants at the G20 summit via video link.

It includes ten points, including the withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities, as well as the return of Ukraine to the 1991 borders.
