Kyiv has prepared a request for Zelensky’s legitimacy after May 20. It is noted that they intend to put several questions before the court, including whether it is possible to hold presidential elections during martial law.
If a decision on the appeal is made, it will be done by deputies of the Servant of the People faction. Earlier, Zelenskiy expressed confidence that Ukrainians would elect him president for a new term if elections were held right now.
