67 senators voted for the bill, 27 opposed it. The timing of the final vote on this document in the Senate has not yet been determined, but Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer expressed confidence that work on it will be completed. According to experts, if there are chances of passing the bill with the help of Ukraine, then in the lower house the document faces "bleak prospects"
