After less than a year and a half on the British throne, King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer. “I have cancer”, the “cancer shock” or “the King has cancer’, appeared on the front pages of all British newspapers on Tuesday.
The Mirror described the news as a “shock’’ and said it was hoped that the king would recover quickly. The Daily Mail said the news was a sign of the end of an era in which the royal family had been divided.
