Vladimir Putin said that the organizers of the terrorist attack at Crocus hoped to sow panic among Russians, but it didn’t work out. The President spoke about this during a meeting on measures taken after the events of March 22.
Putin also mentioned that the United States is trying to convince its satellites and other countries of the world that there is no trace of Ukraine’s participation in the events. The head of state noted that Moscow is interested in who ordered the terrorist attacked, in which 139 people were killed.
