[HIGHLIGHTS] “Deprived of a voice”: the Ministry of Defense announced US plans to defeat the Russian Federation in its rights as a member state of the OPCW

The United States wants to lower Russia’s rights in the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), the Russian Ministry of Defense said. Russia was, in fact, “squeezed out” from the OPCW Executive Council, and Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania, which never had their own, were introduced instead.

The United States turned the organization into a controlled platform for settling scores with unwanted countries, said the head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces.
