Russian and Ukrainian forces continue to fight in various parts of Ukraine. President Zelenskiy of Ukraine has repeatedly requested support from the leaders of other countries to improve air defense capabilities.
Congress continues to fail to approve the emergency budget needed to continue support. Ukraine will only be able to maintain its defense capabilities until next month without new aid such as missile supplies from the West. It has been pointed out that if Ukraine launches a large-scale air operation to support ground attacks, it will pose a serious threat to Ukraine.
