Ukraine's military to create a department specializing in unmanned aerial vehicles. A hotel in the eastern Kharkiv Oblast was hit by a missile attack from Russia, killing a two-month-old baby and injuring three women, including the mother. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that it had repelled more than 20 attacks in the Audiiivka area, a Ukrainian stronghold in eastern Donetsk region.
