Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu says the Kyiv regime committed another terrorist crime. He says the purpose of the sabotage and terrorist act of the Ukrainian side is the transfer of units and equipment from the Kherson direction to the area of offensive operations.
The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the fact of the destruction of the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station as a result of criminal actions on the part of the armed formations of Ukraine. The actions of all those involved will be given a legal assessment.
