[HIGHLIGHTS] "For the period of mobilization and martial law": a bill on the right of citizens with a criminal record to serve under a contract was submitted to the State Duma

A bill was submitted to the State Duma allowing citizens with a criminal record to serve under a contract. A bill was also submitted on the rules for paying personal income tax by citizens who continue to work in Russian companies.

The bill also includes the right of citizens to receive insurance payments in case of damage to their property as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles. It was announced by the head of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction, Andrei Krasov.
