Prosecutor Moa Blomqvist requested that Uppsalabon be sentenced to eight years in prison.

- I would call it dating rape, they have met and been at home with one of the parties. There has been a sexual assault there, Moa Blomqvist has previously told SVT News Uppsala.

The man has repeatedly denied the rape charges and said it was done by free will. However, he has admitted that he secretly photographed and filmed women while they were naked.

- It has been the question of photography in intimate situations where some pictures have been burned. It is not the question of any rigged equipment but has happened with the phone, his lawyer Hanna Lindblom has said.
