According to Twitch, these are, among other things, clips from a 2016 campaign meeting in which Trump called Mexican immigrants rape victims.
Twitch is best known as a platform where users stream videos on their computer and TV games, but the Trump account has been used primarily to broadcast campaign meetings and the like.
