Adhere to the scientific, reasonable, efficient and convenient registration path, clarify the division of responsibilities of departments, simplify work procedures, and strengthen overall coordination and departmental linkage.

Adhere to laws and regulations, and be stable and orderly, to ensure that the stock courses are steadily digested, the personnel placement is proper and reasonable, and the property disposal is reasonable and legal.

　　The notice clearly stated that for existing subject-based off-campus training institutions for students in the compulsory education stage, they are different in accordance with offline non-profit subject training institutions, offline for-profit subject training institutions, online subject training institutions, and termination training institutions. Before the end of 2021, complete the administrative approval and legal person registration for the uniform registration of subject-based off-campus training institutions for students in the compulsory education stage as non-profit institutions. Training institutions should suspend enrollment and charging before completing the registration of non-profit institutions.
