It is reported by RIA Novosti.

The corresponding document was introduced by the government in early April.

Earlier, the Ministry of Labor commented on Russia's possible withdrawal from the agreement on pension guarantees for CIS citizens.

The department noted that with the vast majority of participating countries there are already fresh agreements - bilateral or multilateral agreements.

As noted in the Ministry of Labor, all already assigned pensions are preserved.

The agreement on guarantees of pension rights assumes that pensions are assigned and paid by the state of permanent residence of a person, regardless of his citizenship.

This takes into account the entire length of service and earnings acquired in the territory of the USSR before 1992, as well as in the territory of the participating countries since 1992.

The parties to the agreement, apart from Russia, are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
