“Recipients of insurance pensions who worked in 2021 and for whom employers paid insurance premiums to the Pension Fund are entitled to an increase,” the fund noted.

The agency was also told that such a calculation would be made for 1.3 million working pensioners in the Moscow region.

It is noted that the increase will be affected by the size of the employee's salary in 2021, or rather, the amount of insurance premiums paid for them by the employer, as well as the amount of accrued pension coefficients.

The fund emphasized that the recalculations apply to both employees and self-employed people who pay contributions on their own.

Earlier it became known that the Russian government will allocate 200 billion rubles from the reserve fund for the payment of insurance pensions and benefits.

Svetlana Bessarab, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, in an interview with Nation News, recalled additional payments for pensioners.
