The Ministry of Justice of Russia recognized three organizations from Canada as undesirable in the country

These include the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, the Macdonald-Laurier Institute and the Ukrainian National Federation of Canada, according to the agency.

Organizations are included in the relevant list based on the decision of the First Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia under Parts 1, 4 and 7 of Art.

3.1 of the Federal Law "On measures of influence on persons involved in violations of fundamental human rights and freedoms, rights and freedoms of citizens of the Russian Federation."
