One of the changes that is highlighted is that the Halloween weekend will be described as a major weekend.
- We have also improved the opportunities for employees to get professional development and adjustment opportunities, we have done this without sharp deterioration in the collective agreement, says Malin Ragnegård, chairman of Kommunal, in a press release.
The agreement means, among other things, that Kommunal has secured previously negotiated salary increases that will be paid out retroactively from 1 April.
In addition to the change regarding All Saints' Day weekend, the salary agreement will also cover all employees in Kommunal's agreement area.
- I am very happy that the conflict is now over and that we have succeeded in negotiating an equivalent adjustment agreement as the rest of the labor market.
