The survey, which was conducted in 2020, involved 138 people, of whom 85 stated that they felt that productivity had improved.

The people in the study point out that flexibility has increased with distance work and that they have greater opportunities to manage their own work.

They also stated that there have been fewer interruptions and that you can choose whether you want to talk to a colleague.

At the same time, 29 people experienced reduced productivity. They lacked everyday and spontaneous conversations with colleagues and experienced that the physical work environment became worse.
