The director was eventually dismissed for gross negligence by the board of directors.

At the helm, the defendant expressed her fears about the vaccine.

The couple's lawyer indicated that no case of Covid-19 had declared itself in the establishment.

The former director is also banned from practicing in the medico-social field for two years.

The industrial tribunal must now rule on the dismissal of the nurse.
