“To appoint Natalia Vladimirovna Poklonskaya as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Cape Verde,” the decree says on the official portal of legal information.
By another decree, the President relieved Vladimir Sokolenko of his duties as Ambassador to Cape Verde.
Earlier, the head of the Yaroslavl region, Dmitry Mironov, was appointed assistant to the president.
