Geab has placed measuring buoys about 100-200 meters out from the shore. The water temperature is measured one meter below the water surface and the air temperature is measured one meter above.
Currently there are measuring buoys outside Kallis, Tofta, Burgsvik, Herta, Sandviken, Åminne and Sudersand.
- However, the hope is to build on more places later this week. This is a pilot project where we will test ourselves ahead in the summer, and if it falls well, it may return in the future, ”says Oskar Lindehejd, marketing manager at Geab, to helagotland.se.
