Nearly 93% of COVID-19 patients in Thailand have recently been infected with the Delta variant

　　The director of the Department of Medical Sciences of the Ministry of Health of Thailand, Supaji, revealed on the 24th local time that in the past week, more than 2,000 new coronavirus samples from all over the country were sampled and tested, and 92.9% of the patients were infected with the mutant new coronavirus delta virus. Strains, 5.8% were infected with Alpha strain and 1.3% were infected with Beta strain.

　　In addition, four variants of the delta mutant were found in Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Chiang Mai, Buriram, Chonburi, and Samut Prakan.
