In Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast, central Ukraine, a shopping center was attacked by Russian missiles, killing at least 10 people and injuring 40, according to Governor Dmitro Lunin.
In a video released on SNS by President Zelensky on the 27th, a building that seems to be a shopping center burned violently and a large amount of smoke was rising.
President Zelensky accused the Russian army of the attack, posting that "there were more than 1000 civilians in the building when it was attacked."
