29 November 2020 Napoli will play tonight's match against Roma wearing a blue and white vertical striped shirt similar to the Argentina shirt, in honor of Diego Armando Maradona.
This is confirmed by Calcio Napoli, which explains in a note: "A year ago, together with Kappa, we thought of designing a special game shirt that would remember Diego Maradona, his beloved Argentina and the very strong bond with the people of Naples. Together we hoped that Diego could see it, maybe wear it and get excited with us. The presentation of the new kit had already been agreed for the ninth day of the championship, on the occasion of the SSC Napoli-Roma match. The Kombat that will be worn tonight by the players will have an even greater significance greater than initially assumed ".

De Magistris: "We will call Diego the metro stop"
"In 2021, probably in May, Line 6 of the metro will come into operation in the Riviera di Chiaia - Fuorigrotta section (Mostra d ' Oltremare). We decided to name the stop: Mostra-Maradona (this is the station to go to the Diego Armando Maradona municipal stadium). And also because inside the station we will set up an exhibition dedicated to #maradona and Naples. So we will have an another station dedicated to art ... this time of football ".
