This platform, called “Insoumission”, will centralize the content of three LFI media: insoumission.fr, Insoumission hebdo and quarterly.

A launch party with a speech by party leader Jean-Luc Mélenchon will be broadcast on social networks on Wednesday for the release that same day of this free application.

“We have a very young team, in touch with the customs of our time,” explained Antoine Léaument, head of digital communication for the leader Insoumis.

The initiative is part of the probable declaration of candidacy, at the beginning of November, of Jean-Luc Mélenchon for the presidential election of 2022.

According to Antoine Léaument, "other political movements have a greater tendency to rely on traditional media", which the rebels cannot do: "We are treated as leftist Islamists, with a knife between our teeth".
