This was stated during a briefing by the Minister of Health of the region Alexander Kravchenko.

He called the situation with the coronavirus extremely difficult.

The minister noted that "all resources are involved."

"Until today, we have not raised the issue of stopping full-fledged routine medical care, unfortunately, we are forced to come to this step," RIA Novosti quotes him.

Earlier, "Amber Territory", with reference to the draft resolution of the government of the Kaliningrad region, reported on restrictions in the region related to COVID-19.
