"The Federal Security Service has suppressed the espionage activities of a Russian citizen in the interests of the Security Service of Ukraine," the message says.

According to the FSB, "a resident of Yalta in the period from 2017 to 2018, on the instructions of the Ukrainian special service, collected and transmitted information constituting a state secret, including information about employees
of the federal security service."
A criminal case was initiated against the detainee on the grounds of a crime under Art.
275 of the Criminal Code of Russia (High treason in the form of espionage).
