Between the newcomer Amazon, the historic Canal + and great uncertainty about Ligue 1, the French viewer will have to increase subscriptions this season if he wants to follow all the football competitions.

.

Ligue 1: Amazon and…?

The e-commerce giant Amazon will broadcast 8 matches per day of Ligue 1 - the Sunday multiplex (3 p.m.), the Sunday evening match (8:45 p.m.), that of Sunday at midday (1 p.m.) and that of Friday (9 p.m. ) - including in particular the 10 best posters of the season.

For the two other matches per day of Ligue 1 (Saturday 9:00 p.m. and Sunday 5:00 p.m.), it is a total blur: beIN Sports is the holder of this famous "lot N.3", but the Qatari channel has sublicensed it to Canal +, which should normally broadcast it until 2024. Except that the encrypted channel refuses to do so at this price, just like beIN.

Several court decisions are expected in the days preceding the first day and it is not impossible that the broadcaster of these matches will change during the season.

Price: 12.99 per month for the Premier Video Ligue 1 pass, to be added to an Amazon Prime subscription (5.99 euros per month or 49 euros per year).

.

Ligue 2: the L'Equipe channel, Amazon and beIN Sports

Thanks to an agreement with Amazon, the L'Equipe channel, available on TNT channel 21, will broadcast the Ligue 2 multiplex throughout the season, most of the time on Saturdays at 7 p.m.

The eight matches in this multiplex are also available in full on the L'Equipe website and app until the end of September.

Then, only the multiplex will remain on the L'Equipe channel, while the entire matches will be broadcast on Prime Video.

The other two matches of each day (Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and Monday at 8:45 p.m.) are broadcast on beIN Sports.

They will also broadcast the final of these two competitions, making 16 matches in all during the season.

RMC Sport will broadcast all the other matches.

.

Foreign championships: Canal +, RMC Sport, beIN Sports ...

The English Championship will be co-broadcast by Canal + and RMC Sport, like the previous season.

The matches of the French men's team are all broadcast unencrypted, on TF1 or M6.

The French women's team is broadcast on W9, except during the Ladies' Euro in July 2022, which will be co-broadcast by Canal + and TF1.

.

Coupe de France: France Télévisions and Eurosport
