The French volleyball players, Olympic champions four weeks ago in Tokyo, played for their second match of the European Championship, winning 3 sets to 0 (25-15, 25-16, 26-24) against Croatia , Sunday in Tallinn.

The French beat Slovakia on Friday (3-0) for their entry into the running.

After these first two easy successes, Bernardinho's players will have a more serious first test against Germany on Monday evening (7 p.m.), the only opponent of the French in this first round to have participated in the League of Nations in June, with the aim of take a step towards the first place of the group.

Benjamin Toniutti's teammates will end this first phase of Euro-2021 in Tallinn with two matches against Latvia on Wednesday (7 p.m.) then Estonia on Thursday (7 p.m.), before heading to the Czech Republic and Ostrava for the 8th and the quarter-finals.
