The Dubai Health Authority has stated that institutional isolation will be limited only to medical isolation centers that are medically operated by the Authority, as of next Monday, the 15th of this month.

In circulating the “Institutional Isolation Procedures in Clinically Operating Hotels by Private Sector Facilities”, the authority informed it of all health facilities licensed by it, which are based on the management and operation of hotels for the isolation of the new Corona virus (Covid 19), in Dubai, of the necessity Enumerate all cases of current patients whose institutional isolation is required and those in clinically operated isolation hotels by the private health sector.

The authority requested, from the private health sector facilities concerned with the decision, in direct coordination with the health response team in the Center for Control and Control to combat the emerging "Corona" virus, to take what is necessary to transfer them to the health-operated isolation centers by the Dubai Health Authority.

The authority pointed out that institutional isolation applies to other cases except for cases of isolation and home quarantine, explaining that the home isolation system is applied to stable cases that do not show symptoms and conditions that are simple, according to the second version approved by the Control and Control Center to combat Corona virus, recently in Dubai.

The authority noted the efforts and role of the private health sector, its support and continuous cooperation to face the challenges posed by the pandemic (Coved 19).
