He noted that the city authorities have learned to respond quickly to crisis situations.
"Moscow measures to support business were recognized as the best among the largest megacities in the world," Efimov was quoted as saying by TASS.
According to him, by the end of July, support measures covered 37.6 thousand organizations in the affected industries, in which more than 765 thousand people work.
Earlier it became known that about 90% of Moscow enterprises returned to operating mode after the phased lifting of restrictions related to the coronavirus infection COVID-19.
