After a controversial teacher was fired for giving elementary school students homework to wash underwear and making sexually inappropriate expressions, a lawsuit was filed for cancellation, but it was dismissed.

The 1st administrative division of the Ulsan District Court (Judge Jeong Jae-woo) announced today (17th) that Mr. A had dismissed a lawsuit against the Ulsan City Office of Education to cancel the disposition of dismissal.

Elementary school teacher A was disciplined for being sexually objectified by commenting on a self-introduction photo posted by first-year students on the class internet community in March last year with expressions such as 'attractive and sexy'.

He posted a provocative title on a video of a student washing underwear, posted it on YouTube, etc.

The fact that he personally coached 52 people and received about 28 million won for violating the prohibition of concurrent positions and business also became a reason for disciplinary action.

Mr. A filed a lawsuit to the effect that the discipline was unfair because he had no intention of sexually objectifying the student and was only joking with his fellow teacher.

The court said, "Mr. A's words and actions are enough to cause an average person to feel sexual humiliation or displeasure, and he has damaged the dignity of a teacher who requires high morality by posting sexually obscene rumors on blogs where he can know that he is a teacher." said.

A was sentenced to one year in prison and three years of probation in a criminal case involving inappropriate speech and behavior by giving out underwear homework to his students.
