He noted that Biden continues to allocate billions to help Ukraine, while not having a strategy to prevent confrontation.
On September 8, Biden approved a new $675 million military aid package for Ukraine.
Also, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that the United States is providing Kyiv with a new $1.1 billion military aid package, including 18 HIMARS MLRS.
