Mannheim (AP) - The small series of successes from the third division football club Hallescher FC is torn.
After three games without defeat, the protégés of coach Florian Schnorrenberg left the field as losers for the first time on Monday after a 2: 3 (2: 3) at SV Waldhof Mannheim and went away empty-handed despite a rapid catch-up.
However, the loss of points no longer hurt the people from Saalstadt, who had already made the league perfect before the game.
With three hits within eight minutes, the Mannheim team shocked their opponent.
Dominik Martinovic (17th) used the first chance ice cold.
Stefano Russo (21st) and again Martinovic (25th) screwed the result to 3-0.
Rafael Garcia (29th) chased the ball against the crossbar of the HFC housing.
Despite the clear residue, the guests did not give up.
Jannes Vollert (34th) met after a corner from close range.
Laurenz Dehl scored the next goal five minutes later.
Terrence Boyd (41st) even equalized, but only hit the side netting.

After the break, the game flattened out.
Dehl's side puller (55th) rushed just over the Mannheim box.
The Halle team had more possession of the ball, but only appeared dangerous twice in the opposing penalty area in the final phase and gave away the possible equalizer.
Julian Derstroff (88.) hit the post with his head.
Jannek Sternberg shot the leather past the empty goal in stoppage time.
