Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan welcome the Security Council's condemnation of the terrorist attack of the Houthi militia on the UAE

The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the statement issued by the UN Security Council, in which it unanimously condemned the Houthi terrorist attack on the United Arab Emirates and civilian facilities in the capital, Abu Dhabi, as a dangerous escalation that would affect peace and security in the region.

The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement that the UN Security Council's unanimous condemnation of the heinous terrorist attack expresses international support for the UAE


's legal right to defend its sovereignty and protect its security, stability and safety of its citizens and residents in the face of the criminal practices of the Houthi militia and its continued violations of


all international laws.

The ministry called on the international community to take a firm and decisive stance against the terrorist Houthi militia and its attacks and criminal practices, and to work to reach a ceasefire and a political solution to the Yemeni crisis in accordance with the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism, the outcomes of the comprehensive National Dialogue Conference, Security Council Resolution No. 2216 and relevant Council resolutions the Yemeni crisis.

For its part, the State of Kuwait welcomed the UN Security Council's condemnation of the Houthi terrorist militia's attacks on the UAE.

In a statement, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait's welcome to the statement issued yesterday by the Security Council unanimously, in which it condemned the attacks of the terrorist Houthi militia on facilities in the United Arab Emirates.

The ministry explained that the issuance of this statement confirms the seriousness of the Houthi militia's behavior that threatens peace and security, and the Security Council's interest in this issue and its follow-up.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry called on the council to redouble its efforts to pressure the Houthi militia to respond to the calls for a ceasefire and positive interaction with the efforts of the United Nations and its envoy to Yemen, paving the way for the resumption of political consultations between the Yemeni parties, leading to the desired political solution in accordance with the three agreed references, the Gulf initiative, its executive mechanisms and the outcomes of the dialogue. National Security Council Resolution 2216.

At the conclusion of its statement, the ministry affirmed the State of Kuwait's support for all efforts made by the international community to reach this solution.

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan also welcomed the statement of the UN Security Council on the terrorist attack of the Houthi militia on the UAE.

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs welcomed the statement issued by the UN Security Council yesterday, which unanimously condemned the terrorist attack launched by the Houthi militia on a number of civilian facilities in the United Arab Emirates on the seventeenth of this month.

The official spokesman for the Ministry, Ambassador Haitham Abu Al-Foul, affirmed the Kingdom's absolute support for the brothers in the United Arab Emirates in every step they take to protect their security and interests, reiterating the Kingdom's strong condemnation and denunciation of the cowardly terrorist attack on the United Arab Emirates.
