Judicial review
According to the first elements of the investigation, the suspect would not have appreciated seeing his companion ousted from the nightclub by the security guard that evening.
He then allegedly stabbed him in the right flank.
The victim was prescribed 7 days of ITT after being taken care of by the emergency services.
Unknown until then to justice, the forties was placed under judicial control and will have to answer for "aggravated willful violence".
His wife in her thirties was also placed under judicial supervision after being heard by the investigators.
