An armed man armed with explosives has hijacked a bus with about 20 people on board in the northwestern city of Lutsk in Ukraine, local media reported.
The bus, with the curtains drawn, is located in the Lutsk Theater square , which has been surrounded by police officers, the Ukrainian digital newspaper korrespondent.net said.
At the moment it is unknown if the kidnapper has filed any type of lawsuit.
