A story that could have ended much worse for these inhabitants of Critot, near Rouen, in Seine-Maritime.

This Thursday at 7.45 p.m., sixteen firefighters were mobilized to extinguish a burning garage located between two houses, reports France 3 Normandy.

The fire was brought under control shortly before midnight and no casualties were to be deplored.

The garage was also completely destroyed as well as part of the roofs.

Four adults and three children have been relocated by their families

The inhabitants of the houses, four adults and three children, were slightly inconvenienced by the smoke.

By the time the fire was contained and then completely extinguished, they were able to be relocated by their families.
