From 0-24 o'clock on October 31, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new suspected cases and asymptomatic infections.
One newly imported confirmed case was added (by the international flight from Capital Airport to Hohhot Baita International Airport).
6 new local confirmed cases (1 case in Erlianhot City of Xilin Gol League, 5 cases in Ejina Banner of Alxa League).
8 newly confirmed local cases were cured and discharged (3 cases in Erlianhot City of Xilin Gol League, 5 cases in Ejina Banner of Alxa League).
One local suspected case was excluded (Saihan District, Hohhot).
The details of the newly confirmed local cases are as follows:
Case 1: On October 31, Erenhot City tested positive in the daily nucleic acid screening of the centralized quarantine medical observers, and was positive after review. After consultation with the expert group, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.
Cases 2 to 4: All were positive for nucleic acid in the investigation of key personnel in the centralized isolation point in Ejina Banner, and were positive after review. After consultation with the expert group, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia.
Case 5 and Case 6: Both Ejina Banner had a positive nucleic acid in the investigation of closed-loop management home quarantine personnel in the enclosed and controlled community, and the result was positive after review. After consultation with the expert group, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.
At present, the above-mentioned personnel have been transferred to designated hospitals for isolation and treatment, and related circulatory and investigation work is in progress.
As of 24:00 on October 31, there are currently 9 imported confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and 163 local confirmed cases (2 cases in Tuzuo Banner, Hohhot City, 1 case in Xincheng District, 16 cases in Erlianhot City in Xilin Gol League, and Yijinhuo in Ordos City 1 case in Luoqi, 142 cases in Ejina Banner of Alxa League, 1 case in Alxa Left Banner).
They are all isolated and treated in designated hospitals, and all close contacts are quarantined in designated places for medical observation to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
