5 new smart police stations in Dubai during 2020

The Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence in Dubai Police, Brigadier Khaled Nasser Al-Razouki, said that Dubai Police opened five smart police stations during the past year, distributed across the emirate to provide smart services to customers, without any human intervention, as it allows community members to apply for police services. Dubai, which is served in traditional police stations, and achieved 89.6% in public turnout for digital transactions compared to other channels.

The centers offer a wide range of criminal, traffic and community services, amounting to 45 services, some of which are provided differently according to the center, whether it is SPS, “Drive Through” or “Walk In”, and they are provided in seven different languages ​​around the clock, seven days a week, with the aim of providing Services that contribute to enhancing a sense of security and safety, raising the quality of life, and contributing to making Dubai the smartest and happiest city in the world.

Brigadier Al Razouki indicated that the number of the current smart police stations is 16, stressing that Dubai Police, according to its strategy, continues to open smart police stations in various regions of the emirate.

He explained that the opening of smart police stations comes in fulfillment of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aimed at making the Dubai government a smart government that looks forward to the future, and in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, The Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate, to transform Dubai into a gateway to the future, which supports the Dubai Plan 2021 and the strategic plan to transform Dubai into the smartest cities in the world.
