On January 21, local time, a fire broke out at a factory producing car batteries in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, central South Korea.
According to fire-related personnel, two of the three people trapped in the building have been rescued, and it is speculated that one other person is trapped.
Fire crews conducted the first personnel checks but have yet to locate the missing person.
According to the Korea Fire Department, a notice of support has been issued to the Central 119 Rescue Headquarters and the fire department in the vicinity of Cheongju.
