It is reported that men aged 22 and 28 were attacked by a shark during a snorkeling tour of the Whitsunday Islands.
As a result of the attack, one man lost his foot, the other also received serious injuries.
It is noted that the victims "fought and floundered" in the water at the moment when they were attacked by a shark.
Men were hospitalized.
