Last Friday, a committee member wrote about the trial on Facebook, something that is not allowed. The board decided to resign, but Åsa Waldau's lawyer considered that the entire right could be disputed.
Therefore, the matter has been examined by an extra-ordinary right, led by Uppsala District Court's lawyer Catarina Barketorp.
"There is a decision now that they were not disputed," a court official said Monday morning.
The knot trial has therefore already been resumed.
Uppsala District Court is making a written decision on the dispute.
