It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the department.

“From the operational duty of the Unified duty control service of the Tuapse district, information was received that in the Black Sea, at a distance of 1.5 km from the coastline of the village of Dzhubga, according to preliminary data, the fishing vessel’s engine caught fire,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

According to the department, there were six people on board. All of them were delivered ashore by passing ships.

The ship sank as a result of fire.
