He will also pay almost SEK 220 00 in damages to a construction company.

It was in January this year that the man broke into a container at a building on Tjävlegatan in Linköping. In the container, police found plastic bags with the convicted fingerprints on.

The 23-year-old is also convicted of a similar burglary at a building on John Engellau's street in Eskilstuna in December 2018. Also, plastic bags with the man's fingerprints were found there.

The man himself claims that he was in Sweden to order cans, hence the fingerprints on the plastic bags. He says he was driven into a van by a man convicted in July of the burglary in Linköping. The convicted would then forget the bags in the car.

He previously appears in the criminal record on two occasions. Since the district court considers that there is a risk of continued crime in Sweden, he must be expelled after five years in prison from the state. The 23-year-old must remain in custody until the verdict has gained legal force.
